The Thermogroup Return Request Form makes it quick and easy for you to request a return if required.
This form is for Thermogroup resellers only. If you are a homeowner or trade, please contact the reseller you purchased from to request a return.
Before making your return request, please note the following:
- Goods must be returned within 6months of invoice and within 1month of your Return Authorisation being issued.
- Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- We cannot accept return of any custom items or discontinued products.
- A restocking fee applies to all goods returned due to incorrect ordering or change of mind.
Once you have submitted a return request, our customer care team will review this and email you with confirmation of receipt and a Return Authorisation if the return is approved. We will also advise you of next steps on how to get the goods back to us so that they can be assessed and credited. Please note that no goods are to be returned without the issue of a Return Authorisation and you must ensure this RA document is included with your returned goods.
